How to remove the watermark from a Google Flow video

For a clip that already has the Gemini diamond, reverse the overlay: drop the original MP4 into the tool on this site, press Remove watermark and download the clean file. It runs in your browser, keeps resolution, frame rate and audio, and two videos a day are free. For future clips, switch the watermark off in Flow settings.

Remove it with this site

  1. Download the clip from Google Flow as MP4. Use the original file, not a copy from a messaging app or a screen recording.
  2. Open the watermark remover and drop the file into the box, or press Choose MP4.
  3. The tool finds the diamond in the bottom-right corner. Press Remove watermark.
  4. Wait while each frame is restored; a short clip takes about as long as playing it.
  5. Download the clean MP4. The audio track is copied from the original.

Why reversing beats blurring

The Flow watermark is a white logo blended onto the picture at a fixed size, place and opacity. Because those numbers are known, each pixel underneath can be calculated back exactly (reverse alpha blending). A blur or an inpainting model has to invent the corner instead, which leaves a soft patch that shows when the scene moves.

When it will not work

  • Copies that were re-encoded, resized, cropped or screen-recorded: the mark is no longer where the tool expects it.
  • The older Veo text watermark on earlier clips: not supported yet.
  • Some mobile browsers cannot encode video; recent Chrome or Edge on a computer work best.

Questions

What is the fastest way to remove the Google Flow watermark? Drop the original MP4 into a browser tool that reverses the overlay. It needs no editing and takes about as long as the clip plays.

Can I just crop the watermark out? Yes, but cropping cuts off the edges of the frame and, if you scale back up, lowers sharpness. Reversing the overlay keeps the full frame.

Is my video uploaded when I remove the watermark here? No. Decoding, cleaning and encoding all happen in your browser. You can check the Network tab of your browser while it runs.
