How Flow Watermark Remover handles your videos and your data. Your videos never leave your device.
This policy explains what Flow Watermark Remover (flowwatermarkremover.com) collects and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Your videos stay on your device
Videos are processed locally in your browser. The video file is never uploaded to our servers, and we never see, store or share its contents. When you close the page, the video is gone from our side because it was never there.
What we store
- Account email. If you create an account, we store your email address and basic account details so you can sign in.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe, we store your plan and subscription status. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Daily free-export counter. To enforce the free daily limit, we keep a counter of free exports per day. It is tied to your account, or, if you are not signed in, to a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address for this purpose.
Services we use
- Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend sends account emails such as sign-in links, password resets and receipts.
- Google Analytics may be used to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect it.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Google Analytics, when enabled, uses its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the tool still works without signing in.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your email and account data from our database. Subscription records may be kept by Stripe as required by law. To ask a question or request deletion, email support@flowwatermarkremover.com.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
